Light Point

LIGHT-POINT was established in 1995 and is one of the leading lighting companies in Denmark. We are a dynamic and innovative company that designs and manufactures our own range of designer lamps whilst also acting as a distributor for many Italian companies. Our day-to-day work consists of running our concept shop and trading with retailers across Denmark and worldwide.

We advise interior design firms and architects, and we also supply many large shop concepts in Denmark. LIGHT-POINTS AS has two showrooms in the heart of Copenhagen, one at Østergade 10 and one at Gothersgade 14. Two state-of-the-art showrooms and administration.

PHILOSOPHY

To us, light plays a central role in interior design. Light accentuates architectural details, sets the mood and creates atmosphere, and in many ways represents what is fundamental in all our lives – life itself!

A large proportion of LIGHT-POINT’s range is designed around the latest LED technology, but we also use traditional light sources such as halogen. Depending on the application, LED offers advantages such as a warm and pleasant light, long operational life and, not least, an energy saving of about 80%. It is possible to create even warmer light using traditional light sources such as incandescent bulbs and halogen – again depending on the situation and atmosphere you wish to create!
